Description:
General: Soil moisture at 3" is 55% and it's raining/snowing right now.  It's wet out, and the temperature is moderate  (36 degrees F).  
Agriculture:  This is great for dryland farming.
Fire:  Low risk today, for sure.  
Plants/Wildlife: Plants are happy, and birds are singing, even in this cold morning.  We have been seeing deer tracks, which have been in short supply.  New birds include Mourning Dove, Green tailed Towhee, White Crowned Sparrow, and Belted Kingfisher.
