Notes:
Started as rain overnight Monday before a brief change over to snow Tuesday morning at 8:30am, then back to fog/mist, the all snow after 10:05am. By 6am Wednesday morning 11.5" had fallen, and gauge was overtopped (total gauge catch was only 2.05"). Continuous snowfall lasted until 8am, then, between intermittent breaks of sun with some melting and settling, an additional 4.5" of snow accumulated through the afternoon. All precipitation ended at 2:30p. Estimated storm total snowfall from deck cam is 16.0", with a max snow depth of 14.9". Due to some melting later in the afternoon prior to my return, the core SWE should be considered a minimum. Around 7pm Wednesday evening I took several cores in shaded areas to find the max SWE as reported.
