The end of May to mid June was a little dry. The week of the 23rd I had 4.06" and since the middle of June 5.53".  Total for June stands at 6.30" and last evening added another 0.59".  Surface moisture is good and farm crops, pastures, lawns and gardens are in great shape and growing.  The significant rains have caused muddy conditions for outdoor construction. Creeks are running fast.  Marshes, ditches and sloughs have good water in them.  The Baraboo and Wisconsin Rivers are above normal.  Farm fields have ponding in low spots and are muddy.
