River is high from the snow melt up north and that process started a few days ago. Highest it has been all winter and this early spring so far. Snow is melted in the urban areas and in open fields. Roads are excellent for travel. Still have the temps in the 30's in the mornings. There are still snowbanks where large areas were plowed. Windstorm after 2 days is finally gone.
