Ground is frozen with a lot of cracks in the dirt ranging from 1/8" to nearly 1/2" in width. Soil has retreated from the foundation of the garage allowing cold air to get down deeper. No appreciable snow accumulation, dirty brown piles of plowed snow. Very dusty air, dirt accumulates on car parked outside quickly.
