Patchy early morning frost at the beginning of the observation period. Partly sunny and warm with a light breeze. The high temperature was around sixty degrees and the low around forty degrees Fahrenheit.  Songbirds are eating consistently. Intermittent streams are flowing at fall levels. A few hay fields are being cut. At least half of the corn fields are still not harvested.
